Rolando Design is an identity practice founded on the belief
that a well-designed system makes an organization legible to itself, and to the world.
that a well-designed system makes an organization legible to itself, and to the world.
The practice is led by Arturo Estrada, an architect-trained designer based between Monterrey and Madrid. Over a decade of work for institutions, cultural organizations, and companies across Mexico, Spain, France, and Australia.
Architecture came first. That training shapes everything: identity is approached as a system of decisions — not a single mark, but a structure that holds together across formats, scales, languages, and time. The visual before the verbal. The system before the symbol.
Design is how organizations communicate who they are before they say a word. When it works, people don't notice the design — they just understand the organization. That's the work.
